Booking Information

Referral letter
Unless referred via A&E or from within the hospital, booking a new case at a public specialist outpatient clinic generally requires a referral letter issued by a Hong Kong registered doctor (public or private) within the last 3 months.
How to book
Once you have a referral letter, you can book a new-case appointment in person, by mail, or by fax at the relevant hospital's specialist outpatient department. Some specialties also support online booking via the "BookHA" feature in the Hospital Authority's HA Go app — check with the hospital for the current coverage.
Consultation fee
